TAI-CHI FOR ENLIGHTENMENT
Introductory class starts Monday 6th January 2014 8PM-9.15PM
Learn 'Tai Chi Chuan', Wuji Gong and Chi Kung.

Learn: The complete Yang Style 'Tai Chi Chuan' Long Form (Yang lu chan), Wuji Gong (a form kept secret by the masters until now) and Chi Kung (energy work).

There will be a £5 fee for the introductory class refundable when you sign up
